This use to be a busy little town with lots of interesting things always happening. That was until the big cities started appearing all around it though. More and more of the town's people started to move to the cities, especially the younger ones. There were always better jobs there and more people too. All that were left in this small town after that was the old people who refused to leave their homes and some small towns.

One person bought most of the farms that the people left behind and created a huge equestrian center. There's now anything you could want in this equestrian center even though it has just started out and some new shops are opening up, making the place look better and a bit more modern like. Some new people are now coming to live here just because of the equestrian center and it is making this smal town appear on the map of equestrian towns. There might even be several top riders in the making here, trained by some of the best. Once they come here of course.

Ikapela streched as she got ready to mount Alexandrian Dancer. Normally she would ride KC out on the trails, but she was in foal now and didn't want to work her too heavily. Alex was one of her Dressage mares, very pretty soft bay. She was wearing a pair of jeans and a bright blue tank top, and had pair of brown gloves on. She had very sensitive hands and had to ride with gloves. She steped onto the mounting block, placing one hand on the reins and the other on the saddle and pulled herself on. Sitting lightly on her mares back she asked for a walk and headed to the back of her property. The back of her property had a trail that lead to the new equestrian center. That was the goal of her ride today. Make it to the new equestrian center, check it out, and if their facilites were nicer then hers (which they probably were) she would ask about using their riding arenas.
She walked slowly off of her property and onto the trail that lead between the two. It was very pretty back here.

Out on the trails today..
The light grey stallion's ears were perked in an exact way. He knew they were out to have some fun. For no other reasons but that one.
Steve sat on his excited horse as if the horse was as calm as anything. It almost seemed as if he didn't even realise what his horse was doing while they went down the trail. They were coming to the end of this exact trail but the one he wanted to be on was one that met up with this one at a certain point. He knew where that 'pooint' was, he's quite sure of that. It's just a matter of finding it.
The horse sidestepped as if he was shying away from something but there was nothing. The only thing that Steve did was correctly putting him back into the line that they were in before he had so unnecesarily stepped to the side. Silly horse!
He spotted the 'point' and smiled, he had known he would find it eventually. He turned onto the other trail and was surprised to see another horse and rider there. As far as he was concerned there weren't that many other people here that rode. Well, none as well as him so far. But let's not get into that story, not enough time for that I'm sorry to say.
He asked his stallion to trot on, his ques invisible to anyone else and the horse responding immediately and so well that you would have thought that he was doing it just because he wanted to.
He had of course spotted the other horse and rider too.
The stallion gave a snort and bucked, he didn't like to see the 'behind' of another horse in front of him, if you know what I mean. The buck didn't affect Steve at all, he was used to it by now and the stallion was still under his perfect control. There were occasions when the stallion wasn't in his control, don't get me wrong, he's not perfect you know. But he's not that far from it I must admit..
He waited until he was close before slowing the stallion to a fast walk and going to the side so that they would end up being alongside the other horse and rider. That would please his horse and him for then he could talk to the rider and find out where she, slash, he was from and when they had arrived.

The mare hearing another horse behind her snorted and pulled a bit on the reins. Ikapela nudged her lightly, invisable signals were key, she keept her walking slowly. Hearing a little comotion behind them she went to turn to look but only moved her head in time to see the man and his horse ride up beside them. She smiled sweetly and made sure to have Alex's reins collected, she didn't want anything bad to happen.
This was the first person in this town since her parents that she had seen riding here. Currious... maybe he was a boarder at the new equestrian center, he could help her find the owner. Well, she might as well say hello. The smile still painted on her face she spoke sweetly "Hello."
If he wanted to continue this conversation he could. She'd find the owner of the equestrian center with or without him. She really didn't care. Though it was nice to see someone around her age here, and with a horse.
Alex keept her dark eyes on the stallion next to her and snorted. She was a very dominating mare, and didn't know what to think of the prancy horse walking beside her.

The stallion's walk was still a prancing one as he kept pace with the mare, ignoring her now that he wasn't behind her anymore. His full attention was on his rider now.
Steve smiled in greeting but he didn't say the customary hello. It wasn't like him to do something like that, he is too important you know.
"Haven't seen you here before. Where abouts are you from?"
His question was rather to the point but he wasn't really one for conversations that lasted long without really going anywhere or letting you know anything you needed to know about the person that you're talking to. He liked to find out what he wanted to know as soon as he could, it made him happy and more agreeable.
He kept his eyes on the path ahead of them, and in that way kept the stallion's attention there as well. But he was listening and waiting for an answer, curious as to where she was from and whether she had been here long.
